As a Customer Service Manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining client satisfaction by ensuring that our customer service operations run smoothly. Your primary responsibilities will include managing and developing our customer service team, resolving escalated customer issues, implementing customer service strategies, and working with other departments to improve overall customer experience.

requisiti
  1. A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  2. At least 5 years of experience in a customer service role, with at least 2 years in a managerial position.
  3. Excellent leadership, team management, and customer service skills.
  4. Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  5. Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  6. Ability to handle stressful situations and remain calm under pressure.
